Overview: We are seeking an experienced Design and Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing equipment solutions that meet the highest standards.

  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs of equipment as per designed plans.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their technical requirements, and provide clear explanations.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical offers and Bills of Materials/Quantities as per standards.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with procurement teams for material costing.
  • Estimation Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized estimation sheets for subordinates.
  • Experience: 5-9 years in a similar role.
