Business Development Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at Vinsys It Services (I) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Sourcing new sales opportunities
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
Requirements for this position include prior experience in B2B sales from the training industry, good communication and convincing skills, and good negotiation skills.
