We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Reservation Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily tasks and workloads, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed and confirmed.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Reservation Management: Handle incoming guest calls and emails, provide information about hotel services, and ensure accurate records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) and CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain effective communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve problems efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to handle high volumes of work during peak periods and take on challenging opportunities to work towards organizational goals and targets.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills.
