Reservations Professional

Establish a seamless reservations process and lay the foundation for our hospitality company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest communication effectively via various mediums, including phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Maintain precise data on property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure up-to-date rates, availability, and content.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents to streamline operations.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in reservations or front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
