We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Professional to assist with revenue growth and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in hotel reservations, front office, or sales support and a strong passion for revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior Revenue Managers to analyze room rates, availability, and promotions
  • Support the team with daily analysis and reports, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting
  • Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates to optimize revenue streams
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • Basic hotel experience (reservations/front office/sales support or related)
  • Strong interest in revenue management and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, PMS, OTA extranets)
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment during US shift hours
  • Superb communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration
