Job Title: Asset Management Professional

Role Summary:

This leadership position entails overseeing and optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio, including hotels, restaurants, IT parks, and strategic land banks. The successful candidate will possess a combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A. Asset Performance Management:
    • Monitor and enhance the financial and operational performance of hotel and restaurant assets
    • Liaise with operating partners to finalize budgets, ensuring ownership objectives are aligned
    • Analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures
    • Benchmark with industry data to ensure competitiveness and optimize ROI
  • B. Commercial Asset Management:
    • Oversee leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments
    • Manage CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance
    • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, or selective exits
  • C. Land Bank Development:
    • Drive the development of strategic land banks in key markets
    • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new projects
    • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals
  • D. Brand & Operator Engagement:
    • Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments
    • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms
    • Maintain strong operator relationships to ensure brand and financial objectives are met
  • E. Reporting & Strategic Input:
    • Provide regular MIS reports on asset performance
    • Support senior leadership in preparing investment strategy papers and deal structuring
    • Stay up-to-date with hospitality and real estate trends to inform decision-making
