Job Description:

This senior role requires a strong strategic thinker with expertise in hotel management. As the orchestrator of exceptional experiences, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team, ensuring the successful operation of the hotel, and representing our brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team.

  • Be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing hotel finances.
  • Plan and supervise activities to ensure smooth and profitable running of the business.
  • Lead a diverse workforce as a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work together effectively.
  • Operate the hotel in line with our brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Communicate and execute company strategies proactively.
  • Play a key role between the central team and owners.

As a General Manager, you will balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
