Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to lead our media mandates for key clients at EssenceMediacom. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of media experts to deliver high-quality media plans and campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategic media plans that align with client business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaign results

Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in media planning and buying
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and exceptional results for clients
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
