Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in expanding Qode\u2019s footprint by identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners, while also driving direct sales and business development initiatives. This role will involve managing the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to achieving revenue targets, ensuring Qode\u2019s solutions are integrated seamlessly into the operations of universities and institutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster productive relationships with educational institutions, ERP vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to achieving revenue targets.
  • Ensure Qode\u2019s solutions are integrated seamlessly into the operations of universities and institutes.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, and channel management, with a focus on ERP solutions for educational institutions.
  • Significant experience working with universities and institutes in India, understanding their unique challenges and decision-making processes.
  • Strong network within the Indian education sector, including government bodies, private universities, and educational ERP providers.
