About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at PayU Finance. As a key member of our Business team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive profitable and sustainable business growth in our personal loan business.

The Opportunity:

Develop and execute a strategy to grow our personal loan business in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Work closely with our internal teams to own and execute the strategy.
Collaborate with external partners to develop products and solutions that drive adoption.
Own the P&L from the business and drive continuous improvements to P&L.

Requirements to be Successful in this Role:

A degree in management, engineering, or a similar quantitative field from a premier institute.
7+ years of work experience in unsecured credit business product roles or similar roles at a NBFC / Fintech / Bank.
Demonstrated delivery of driving structural business change.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude.
