Job Title: Sales and Business Development Director

Syncup is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding existing services or introducing new ones
  • Manage and execute effective branding strategies to enhance Syncup's visibility in the market
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • B2B sales and marketing experience
  • Lead generation, especially for clients based outside of India
  • Patient approach to building relationships with potential clients
  • Ability to set up a process and hire a team for cold calls and emails
  • Strategic thinking to develop effective communication strategies
  • Experience in setting up stalls at exhibitions, preferably outside of India
