Business Development Director

Job Title: Business Development Director
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our team in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development and Portfolio Management, particularly in identifying and developing product portfolio opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope of work: Identify and develop product portfolio opportunities for the US & Canada Market, focusing on Derma, Respi, and Onco Therapy Areas.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the pharmaceutical market to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Generate innovative ideas for both generic and proprietary products, evaluate new opportunities, and recommend potential additions to the portfolio.
- Planning: Develop a Product Grid for the next five years, considering stakeholder complexities such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and IP.
- Networking: Establish and maintain strong cross-functional networks within Glenmark, foster relationships with key suppliers, competitors, dossier developers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.

- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and change flexibly.
