Senior Contract Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, with the ability to draft, review and vet commercial contracts.
We are seeking a highly organized Contract Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to renewal or termination.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Facilitating timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
- Managing an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
Requirements for this role include:
Experience:- Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
- Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
- Reliable, dependable and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
