Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Contract Management Professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions to ensure timely completion and prevent execution delays.
  • Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Experience: relevant experience preferred
  • Skills: Contract management, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
