Contract Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student to join our team as an intern in contract management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our team with various tasks related to contract review, document drafting, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Abstract Contracts: Assist in reviewing contracts to extract key terms and clauses, and abstract them into accurate and concise documents.
  • Draft Documents: Draft basic documents like amendments under the supervision of senior team members, and review legal documents like NDAs.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, including tracking and managing existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  • Perform Other Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the legal team, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree Program: Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Contract Law Knowledge: Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills.
