Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive consultant with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing contract intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and business rules to align with organizational requirements.
  • Modify and manage configuration keys, workflow logic, and access controls to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Set up and maintain security groups, user roles, and master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.
  • Support procure-to-pay integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure successful platform adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform
  • Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
