Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring seamless compliance and risk mitigation across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws, with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identifying and resolving risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protecting intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.
  • Providing legal advice to internal teams and supporting decision-making.
  • Liaising with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design, with exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws, and commercial contracts.
