  • Craft effective solutions to customer concerns or grievances, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the backend operations team to ensure seamless processing of articles and resolve logistical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail management, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
