Regional Sales Lead

Pidilite Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer of adhesives and construction chemicals, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Lead to join their team in Chandigarh.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in DRCP outlets across assigned WSS TTY territories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve overall sales targets, including primary and secondary sales targets in DRCP outlets
- Manage WSS (Warranty Service and Support) operations, including enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggesting corrective actions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to achieve secondary targets in top outlets
- Engage with end-users through activities like naka meets, RKP meetings, and formal meetups as per the plan
Requirements:
- 2-9 years of experience in channel sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: ₹15 Lakhs - ₹25 Lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
