The Division Head - Industrial Doors is a strategic leader responsible for the overall profitability, growth, and operational excellence of the industrial door division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive market share expansion, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Identify new market opportunities, product segments, and customer verticals to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
Leadership and Team Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across sales, service, and project management.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective resolution of issues.

Operational Excellence

Ensure efficient and timely execution of industrial door projects from order to installation and commissioning.
