
Industrial Door Division Manager

This leadership role is responsible for the overall success, growth, and operational excellence of the Industrial Door division.
- Lead sales, marketing, operations (installation & service), project management, and potentially manufacturing/assembly for industrial door products.
- Drive market share expansion, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, optimize operational efficiency, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Industrial Door division.
- Identify new market opportunities, product segments, and customer verticals to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Sales & Marketing Management:
- Oversee and guide the sales team in identifying, nurturing, and closing large industrial door projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities.
- Operations & Project Management:
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of industrial door projects from order to installation and commissioning.
- Optimize installation processes ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Financial Management & P&L Responsibility:
- Full P&L responsibility for the Industrial Door division.
- Develop and manage the division's budget ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across sales, service, and project management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective resolution of issues.
- Take on more senior responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Market knowledge with a focus on industrial doors.
- Strategic planning expertise.
- Leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
Qualification: Diploma or engineering graduate or MBA with experience in marketing.
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in the industrial door, material handling, or a related industrial equipment industry.
- At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility managing sales, operations, and service functions.
