Industrial Door Division Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Industrial Door division. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, set ambitious sales targets, and drive innovation in product offerings.
- Sales & Marketing Management: Oversee the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, build relationships with clients and channel partners, represent the company at industry events, and develop compelling marketing collateral.
- Operations & Project Management: Ensure efficient project execution, optimize installation processes, oversee service and maintenance operations, implement robust project management methodologies, and manage inventory.
- Financial Management & P&L Responsibility: Manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability through effective pricing and cost management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, conduct performance reviews, and develop individual and team capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Engineering Graduate or MBA Marketing
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in the industrial door, material handling, or related industrial equipment industry
- At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility, managing sales, operations, and service functions
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving business growth
