Sr. Director, Industrial Door Division

- Oversee and guide the sales team in identifying and closing large industrial door projects, ensuring efficient execution and optimized installation processes.
- Motivate and develop high-performing teams across sales, service, and project management, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in the industrial door or material handling industry, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Excellent market knowledge and strong communication skills are essential for this role, enabling successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
