Job Overview

The role of a Sales and Business Development professional is pivotal in driving business growth by converting leads into loyal customers.

This key position involves engaging with potential customers through online product demos, inbound calls, and the onboarding process to ensure seamless customer journey transitions from sales to product utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interactive online product demonstrations using platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and effectively address queries.
  • Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Manage the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to product utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years (internship or full-time) in sales or business development is required.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for clearly and effectively demonstrating products to potential customers.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural relationship-builder capable of managing interactions with empathy and professionalism is necessary.
  • Goal-Oriented: The ideal candidate is driven by targets and motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
