We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the growth of industrial automation solutions and software products.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive end-to-end sales of automation solutions and associated software products
- Cultivate new B2B relationships in manufacturing, process industries, and OEM segments through targeted outreach and account management
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable automation systems, software platforms, or integrated solutions to drive business value
- Present product demonstrations, solution proposals, and technical discussions with decision-makers to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales content and support sales efforts
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring long-term customer relationships and competitive market positioning
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client workshops to promote offerings and build thought leadership
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in industrial automation sales and/or software product selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B industrial environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to understand complex products and translate them into business solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
