Candidate Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA (Finance, Marketing, or Operations preferred)
  • Strong process creation & improvement (SOPs, workflow mapping, SLAs/RACI, continuous improvement)
  • Solid project management (plan–execute–review, Agile/Kanban basics, multi-workstream coordination)
  • Deep focus and learning agility; ability to master new domains/tools and turn them into usable IP
  • Client relationship management (stakeholder mapping, meeting facilitation, action tracking, follow-through)
  • Clear communication and presentation skills; strong business writing and storytelling
  • Research & problem-solving (secondary/primary research, competitor benchmarking, market sizing, synthesis)
  • AI-enabled productivity (prompts/workflows for research, content, reporting; openness to automation)
  • Basic financial modeling & unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, margin)

Key Responsibilities:

1.Serve as Account Executive for NeoStrategy clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and relationship management.

2.Contribute to the creation of new Intellectual Property (IP) frameworks, tools, and business models.

3.Design and implement processes that enable business growth and scalability for both clients and NeoStrategy.

4.Support sales-related activities, including client proposals, presentations, and growth opportunity mapping.

5.Apply AI and data visualization tools (medium-level knowledge expected) to enhance insights, dashboards, and decision-making.

6.Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives including GTM frameworks, business planning, and operational excellence.

7.Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and consulting best practices to drive innovation.
