Job Title: Category Associate - Event Venues

Our extensive inventory includes venues, furniture rentals, tents and marquees setups, custom-built installations, audio-visual equipment, bouncy castles, inflatable games, crowd control equipment, kids birthday packages, balloon decoration, and entertainment options.

Role Overview:

This role is crucial in driving smooth venue sourcing and recommendations for clients. As part of the venues team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling venue-related event inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shortlist suitable event venues as per client requirements and share options with planners.
  • Coordinate with venue partners remotely to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date venue databases (capacity, layouts, minimum spend, F&B inclusions, etc.).
  • Assist planners in preparing comprehensive venue decks and proposals for clients.
  • Track and manage inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management.
  • Strong research, coordination, and communication skills; fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
  • Good understanding of events and venues; prior hospitality/event experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
