Event Ambassador Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Ambassador to drive participation at our international events and conferences.

You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring that each event delivers a high-value experience with the right mix of industry leaders.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delegate Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains. Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.
  • Maintain High-Quality Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and calls.

Speaker Acquisition and Community Engagement

  • Research and Map Industry Leaders: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
  • Pitch Event Value Propositions: Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  • Coordinate Speaker Profiles: Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
  • Build Relationships and Network: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
