Webinar Coordinator

The goal of this role is to plan, execute, and optimize engaging virtual events that align with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtual Event Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop a comprehensive virtual event plan that aligns with business goals.
    • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging topics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
    • Oversee the virtual event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Manage technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals.
    • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Coordinate promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize attendance.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure success.
    • Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual events or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with US time zones.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging experiences.
