Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure the delivery of excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services to customers and prospects, and to achieve overall contract objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the CRM team and provide the necessary skills and tools for effective and efficient service delivery.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships between the team and customers, ensuring follow-up schedules and deadlines are met.
  • To motivate the team to achieve targets and work closely with the Marketing Director to turn marketing campaigns into operational delivery.
  • To provide reporting, process audit, marketing, and internal surveys, as well as analytics to support business decisions.
  • To supply the team with necessary support materials and training to optimize results from marketing activity.
  • To report promptly on any shortfalls in leads that may impact overall performance.
