
Customer Grievance Specialist

We are seeking a professional to oversee grievance redressal, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Grievance Handling: Manage day-to-day grievance desk operations, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and drive first-time resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Credit-Bureau Disputes & Escalations: Handle all credit bureau dispute issues by escalating with customers and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complaints reported.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain complete records for audits, statutory inspections, and RBI reviews (complaint logs, TATs, decisions, communications, evidence).
- Fraud & Cyber-Crime Management: Report phishing/impersonation/loan-app clones/UPI frauds using Refyne's name to law enforcement authorities and coordinate with local cyber police/CID and legal for FIR/zero-FIR where applicable.
Required qualifications include 5-9 years of experience in grievance redressal, customer advocacy & credit-bureau operations in NBFC/fintech/bank, strong working knowledge of RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS), CRM/Ticketing, RBI CMS portal, NCRP, and bureau portals/APIs.
