
Senior B2B Sales Program Manager

The role involves leading programs that focus on governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.
This strategic position requires a professional with B2B sales experience to translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Design executive-level presentations for B2B sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
- Analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
- Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leaders by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
- Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.
- MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is an asset).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
- Mandatory B2B sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
