
Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to support our high-performing sales organization.
This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving sales effectiveness, and enabling scalable growth.
- Lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Manage and enhance the sales tech stack to support automation and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Own key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
