Job Title

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to support our high-performing sales organization.

This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving sales effectiveness, and enabling scalable growth.

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting.
  • Drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage and enhance the sales tech stack to support automation and workflow optimization.
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Own key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with sales leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
