The role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include planning and executing co-branded campaigns, building persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions, and tracking destination trends.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, or client-servicing roles. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and familiarity with paid marketing basics.

A strong problem-solving and analytical skillset is required, along with comfort using AI tools for research, content, and reporting. The ability to create structured decks, reports, and presentations is also crucial.

In the first 90 days, successful candidates will deliver live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs, build a reusable library of proposals and case studies, and publish a monthly "Destination & Trends" memo for the Alliances team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
