Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, and product) for campaign requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee social media activities as part of the overall marketing strategy, including scheduling, engagement, and basic performance tracking.
  • Support PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Track, compile, and report campaign performance metrics.
  • Ensure all marketing communication is aligned with Jaipur Rugs' brand identity and storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years' of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
  • Good understanding of marketing fundamentals across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and brand aesthetics.
