We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Specialist to support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns.

You will be hands-on in creating persuasive proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns.

This role offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create compelling and visually engaging proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
Success Metrics:
  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
