Job Overview

We are seeking a Female Partnership Executive for our Jaipur location. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1-3 years of work experience. The role focuses on developing and managing partnerships to promote growth and successful collaboration. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), partnership development, and negotiation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Mandatory skill) demonstrating proficiency in managing client relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in partnership development (Mandatory skill) to identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships for business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) for persuading and influencing partners for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking and managing customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear and effective communication with partners and team members.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Experience in event planning to organize and manage partnership events and meetings.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing to promote partnership programs and engage with potential partners.
