Sales Analytics Leader

EXL Service is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven professional to join our sales team as a Sales Analytics Leader. The role plays a crucial part in helping us make informed decisions and drive our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a talented individual with excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing our sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- This role requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Masters degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 8-11 years of experience in sales analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
- Well-versed with Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Dashboards.
