Job Role:

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with architects, interior designers, and luxury clients.
  • Understanding requirements from interior designers and architects to meet customer expectations.
  • Handling project business through social connections and networking events.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Fostering a culture of empathy, love, and compassion within the team to lead the presented portfolio effectively.
  • Embodying organizational philosophy, values, and culture into daily interactions with customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, design, or luxury industries.
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven individual.
