This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to promote sales of protection and annuity products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead generation through account opening and service calls.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with cluster heads and staff to increase business penetration.
- Involvement in corporate activities such as stall setups and presentations.
- Engage with high net worth individuals for one-on-one selling.
- Closing sales and following up on policy issuance.
- Increase customer awareness about life insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration on annuity and protection products.
- Drive the reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
- Train bank staff regularly on annuity and protection plans.
- Adjusted Modal First Year Premium (MFYP).
- Number of policies sold.
- Business leakage, including cancellations.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of insurance experience.
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Age group 21-28 years.
- Possession of own conveyance preferred.
