Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and expand our client s presence in the Odisha market This individual will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities across facilities management waste management and sustainability solutions The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with our client s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable development Tasks Key Responsibilities Market Strategy Analysis Develop and implement effective business development strategies to enhance market presence in the Odisha s facilities and waste management sectors Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and opportunities for service expansion Client Acquisition Relationship Management Identify potential clients establish connections and build strong relationships to secure new contracts Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services Proposal Development Lead the preparation and submission of proposals including financial analysis service scope and project timelines aligning with client requirements and operational capacities Partnership Building Forge and maintain relationships with key industry players including government entities corporate clients and community organizations to promote our client s services Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving new sales renewals and upselling opportunities Track and report on sales performance identifying areas for improvement Product Service Innovation Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions responding to market demands and client feedback to ensure offerings are competitive and innovative Compliance Reporting Ensure all business activities comply with Odisha regulations and internal policies Provide regular reports to senior management on business development metrics challenges and achievements Requirements Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Environmental Science or a related field Master s degree preferred Experience 5 years of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record in facilities management waste management or environmental services Market Knowledge Strong understanding of the Odisha market with existing connections in the industry Analytical Skills Ability to conduct market analysis evaluate business opportunities and develop growth strategies Communication Negotiation Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Self-Motivated Goal-Oriented Results-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment Benefits Salary Performance Bonus Progression Opportunities Company Benefits Working hours should be 8 hours Total number of working days will be 26 days a month Workmen s Compensation Insurance provide by the company Please email your updated CV by 28 February 2025 ASCENDIFY STRATEGY PVT LTD ASCENDIFY STRATEGY PVT LTD delivers comprehensive and performance-based integrated facilities management services
