Cisco Technology Adoption Specialist

Job Overview
This is a dedicated role for driving the adoption and consultancy of Cisco Software solutions. As a post-sales professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of our technology stack. Your key objective will be to identify growth opportunities and expand our footprint while demonstrating value to Logicom's partners and customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the partner lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal.
- Continuously strive to improve 'time to value' and overall experience for partners and their customers.
- Translate technical challenges and requirements into actionable insights.
- Understand customer objectives and translate them into measurable outcomes.
- Deliver Customer Success plans and Business Outcomes based on agreed KPIs.
- Ensure proper delivery, onboarding, and adoption of products and services.
- Drive revenue growth through adoption and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Meet with Partners to strengthen relationships, conduct gap analysis, and lead value-driven discussions.
- Partner with customers to advise on best practices in CX build and outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or a presales/IT Architect role, preferably with a System Integrator, Tech, or SaaS-based company.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, services partner, or vendor role is desirable.
- Familiarity with Cisco IT solution offerings and the value that CX can offer is beneficial.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CSM) are desirable, but not required.
- Strong strategic thinking, account management, and commitment to customer success.
- Proven team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Travel may be required.
Remuneration Package
We offer an attractive remuneration package, including a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
