Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
Help customers develop growth plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives. Measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
