
Senior Customer Support Advocate

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer complaints and product/service information, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases, ensuring seamless integration with other teams as necessary.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary, maintaining open lines of communication with customers throughout the process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations, fostering a positive and supportive relationship with our customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- The ability to work in shifts if required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality results regardless of schedule or circumstances.
