Job Overview

The successful candidate will spearhead the growth of zonal sales operations across key territories, driving revenue expansion in critical care, emergency medicine, and hospital-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage zonal sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities across the zone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with significant exposure to Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Sales.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple states or zones.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
