
Leading Business Development Executive

This is a Commercial Business Development opportunity for someone with experience in managing relationships with partners, developing business strategies, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This role involves collaborating with existing partners, acquiring new partners, and negotiating prices to ensure profitability. The successful candidate will also provide marketing and conference support to enhance Cipla's brand image.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Negotiating with partners on pricing and costs to ensure profitability;
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of operations;
- Identifying and recommending new products to achieve expansion and growth in sales;
- Executing and monitoring sales orders to maintain a smooth supply chain and inventory control;
Suitable Candidate:
- MBA from a leading business school (Tier 1), preferably in International Business;
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharma company, handling complex business regions, with 1-2 years of on-field exposure;
- Well acquainted with Commercial Unit's backend processes and systems;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
