Strategic Growth Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our multiple projects.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end growth strategies, driving business planning, and scaling new verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Execution:
    • Design and execute comprehensive growth plans for multiple projects.
    • Drive real impact through data-driven decision making.
    • Develop customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
  • Webinars & Events:
    • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events/webinars with business goals.
    • Refine outreach, messaging, and future campaigns based on event insights and feedback.
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
    • Use insights to inform product enhancements, pricing strategy, and long-term business direction.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or business development roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building business plans, marketing strategies, and growth models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
