Senior Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business and acquiring retail and corporate clients for our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for banking products.
  • Product Sales: Pitch and sell savings accounts, loans, and other banking products.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new business through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Target Achievement: Meet sales targets and business goals.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking services to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Aged 21-32 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sales.
  • Must be a local resident with strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Must own a bike for local travel.
