About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales numbers, enhancing client relationships, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales numbers and achieve revenue targets for retail loan products through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Retrain and expand customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maximize sales through relationship management and network development.
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers.
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales.
- Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.
- Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
