About the Role

This position is responsible for managing order life cycles, ensuring accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Review and verify order information entered into SAP/SFDC systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Process customer orders within established deadlines and respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status.
  • Manage permissions, billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement releases of billing for all services and charges.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Handle billing inquiries from clients, providing professional responses and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Resolve billing disputes by investigating concerns and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Process billing corrections as needed to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on billing status and revenue collection to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Collections, Product Support and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multiple portals uploads such as Ariba and Coupa.
  • Able to form strong customer relationships and demonstrate an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems).
  • Exceptional organizational and communications skills.
